the update is complete, open the app to check if it's working properly.
For iPhone (iOS):
- Open
the App Store app.

down to see your pending updates. If Messenger is listed, tap Update
next to it.

the update is done, open Messenger to see if it's working correctly.
2. Check Internet Connection
To check your internet connection, follow these steps based
on your device:
For Wi-Fi:

Wi-Fi Signal: Ensure your device is connected to a strong Wi-Fi
signal.
- Go
to Settings > Wi-Fi to see if you're connected and the
signal strength.

the Router: If the connection is weak, you can try restarting your
router.
- Reconnect
to Wi-Fi: Turn off Wi-Fi on your device, wait a few seconds, and then

Data Signal: Ensure you have sufficient data coverage (3G, 4G, or 5G).
Go to Settings > Cellular/Mobile Data to check if it's
turned on.
- Turn
Airplane Mode On/Off: Toggle Airplane Mode on and off to reset
your connection.
- Go
to Settings > Airplane Mode, turn it on for 10 seconds,
then turn it off.
Test the Connection:

a browser or another app that uses the internet to see if the connection
is stable.
